Refund policy

Return:

XOHOME does not engage in returns after a product has been delivered at the customer's premise until the furniture is found to be damaged inside the sealed box at the time of unboxing.
Any damage, found during the time of unboxing of our product, will be replaced as soon as possible. If a complete product is found to be damaged or unusable, a new product will be shipped to your address as soon as possible which is subject to availability of stock of that product.
If the product has gone out of stock, we will refund the full amount of the invoice value to the same bank account you paid us with. You will receive the refund within 7-14 business days. We will initiate the refund process as soon as a refund is approved from our in-house team.
VERY IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ): 
A video of unboxing of our product (from start to the end) must be captured to claim for return in case our furniture is found to be damaged inside the seal box.

How to claim for damages and issues?

Step 1: A video of unboxing (from start to end) of your complete ordered products must be captured where the damage part can be seen coming out from the packed box.
Step 2: Share that video along with the purchase invoice with us either on Whatsapp (+919287989371) or Mail us at customersupport@xohome.in
We will get back to you as soon as possible after thoroughly going through the video that shows the damage/damages.

Exchange:
We do not entertain any Exchange after our product has been shipped & delivered at the customer's premise.
