Shipping policy

Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery takes around 4-14 working days (Estimated time). Delivery timelines may vary & increase depending on the destination, courier network, local operating conditions, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, and other factors beyond our control.

Once dispatched, your order is handed over to our trusted logistics partners for transportation and delivery. While we strive to ensure that every order reaches you as quickly as possible, occasional delays may increase the delivery time more than 14 working days & may occur due to operational reasons at the logistics provider's end. As shipping is carried out by independent third-party logistics partners, transit timelines should be considered estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you so that you can monitor the shipment's progress in real time.
